COO, CFO, HR Director rolled into one.  Second-in-command at this SaaS tech company that went from pre-revenue to acquisition during my tenure. Performed virtually every role at the company including:
Financial Oversight
  • Create and manage 5-year rolling forecast & cash flow
  • Evaluate revenue growth options through budget and cash flow modeling
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports – narrative & financials
  • Oversee accounting operations:  recurring billing, AR, AP, 1099s, collections, reconciliations, sales tax, state tax nexus
  • Manage two operating companies and one holding company, providing consolidated forecasts and reports
Operations & Organizational Growth
  • Strategize the creation and scaling of each department
  • Manage company expenses, working in tandem with all department heads
